Michael M. Birkelbach, P.E.

Mr. Birkelbach is a graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso with 14 years of experience in both vertical (buildings/warehouses) and horizontal (roadways and bridges) constuction having been an inspector, project engineer, project manager, and designer to hundreds of millions of dollars worth of work for both public and private projects. In 2018, Mr. Birkelbach registered as sole-practitioner with the State of Texas Board of Professional Engineers, with an eye on providing quality civil site engineering plans for projects in El Paso, Texas and surrounding areas. 

With a strong local network of surveyors, geotechnical engineers, and govenment entities, Mr. Birkelbach understands the timelines and targets for ensuring a project is moved forward effectively.
